User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of the information associated with your Pets Lost & Found account, including your name, email address, account information, pet reports, uploaded photographs and owner status updates.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Pets Lost & Found data deletion request”.
- Send the request from the email address connected to your account and include your name so we can identify the correct information.
- We will confirm receipt and complete the request after verifying that the account belongs to you.
Your website account
Pets Lost & Found uses email and password accounts with email verification. Signing out or marking a pet Reunited or In Memory does not delete your account or its information. To request deletion, follow the email instructions above.
Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Information that must be kept will no longer be used for ordinary service purposes.
